At Tropoluxe, we care about your satisfaction and want you to enjoy every purchase. Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted global fulfillment partners, we follow a clear and fair return policy to ensure proper handling of all claims.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product arrived significantly different from the description or images shown.
  • The order was not delivered within the stated timeframe (after verified shipping delays).

Please note that returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Slight color, pattern, or size variations due to manual measurement or screen display
  • Incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages

 

2. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution — such as a refund, replacement, or other resolution — based on our fulfillment partner’s inspection.


⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order contains multiple items, refunds will apply only to the affected products.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order once your refund is processed. 


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
